Argan Oil is extracted from a very special tree that only grows in Morocco. This oil has the power to prevent and help with fine lines, sagging skin, spots and wrinkles. Argan oil is abundant with Vitamins A and E.
All you have to do is just put a couple of drops of this oil on your skin after you have cleaned it and massage it in circular motions. It is recommended to perform this before bedtime. You can also incorporate argan oil in your diet by adding 1 tablespoon of culinary argan oil.
Coconut oil is also very beneficial in treating and preventing age spots and wrinkles and other aging signs. It can also protect your skin from sun damage and you can use it as natural sunscreen.
Keep your skin moist just by applying coconut oil on your skin after a shower or a bath and massage your skin. Also it is recommended to add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil in your diet to boost the health of the body and also hinder age-related problems.
Jojoba oil is the best natural oil for skin hydration and it has powerful anti-aging properties. It is also very rich in vitamins E and C. So blend jojoba in equal amounts and massage your skin every day.

It also has the power to improve elasticity and rejuvenate the skin cells due to its rich content of vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E is beneficial in soothing the skin and treating the wrinkles and the fine lines on the skin.
- Mix 1/3 cup of lukewarm coconut or olive oil with 1 tablespoon of neem oil.
- Massage the skin for minutes and let it act for about 10 minutes. It does not have to be washed off.
- It is recommended to do this treatment before bedtime.
