In Chinese medicine, garlic was used for a complete recovery. They took a small clove of garlic, put it in their mouths and soaked it with saliva, “walking it” in the oral cavity. This procedure was done for 30 minutes in the morning, when there was “dump” in the mouth.
The effect of this procedure is really stunning. Saliva, together with the useful nutritional substances get into the blood, clean the blood vessels and lymphatics. Also, garlic strengthens the oral cavity, and the gums stop bleeding.
