Our body pH is crucial for good health, not just for cancer cases. For health the ph is vital.
The Raw Food Health said we have pressure to get the normal pH of 7.35, but bad lifestyle habits and unhealthy foods make us acidic.
Sadly, alkalinity is hard to achieve and we all neglect the organic foods, and eat unhealthy foods instead, chemicals, junk foods, and more.
Such diets make us acidic and we have bigger risk of cancer.
You must change the diet and be healthier again.

- Cabbage, green veggies, roots, spices, broccoli, cauliflower, herbs, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, onion, garlic, leek, chives, rice.
- Veggies, fruits, 2-4 oz meat tops, fish and poultry
- NO SUGAR AT ALL. Cancer thrives on sugar only. One such sick cell uses more glucose than a healthy cell. Also with sugar you deplete the magnesium inside and get more cancer risks. Opt for natural sugar If you must, agave or honey, figs, applesauce, apricot, pineapple.
- The PhD, T. Colin Campbell said dairy is risky to eat, avoid it for the casein in it.
Dairy can inflame you more due to the calcium and casein and make the bones more damaged, and it will make more acid inside.
WHAT TO AVOID
Also avoid gluten grains for the inflammation; rye, pasta, whole grains, bread, muffin, cookies, baked goods, crackers and such.
Opt for no gluten foods like quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and avid.
