OATS AND CHIA BREAKFAST RECIPE
4 tbsp chia seed
1 cup oats
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 pinch sea salt
500 ml water
Mix cinnamon, vanilla and water in one big bowl. Heat that and let it boil a bit. When it boils, lower heat and then pour the oats in. boil again a few more minutes and remove from stove.
Place cover on the bowl and leave aside a few minutes to soak. Next you need to add honey and salt before stirring.
This mix should be poured in a glass or bowl and then mix in the chia when it is still hot. For extra flavors, you can add in some fruits like strawberries, cherries, bananas and apples.
