The colon is the organ that is responsible for eliminating all the wastes that the body does not need, so keeping the colon healthy is extremely important so that its operation in the disposal of waste is correct.

Detoxifying recipe for the colon based on apple, sea salt, ginger and lemon.
-½ cup of 100% organic apple juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-1 teaspoon of ginger juice
-½ teaspoon of sea salt
-½ cup hot purified water
Put the purified water to heat in a pot without it to boil.
Once the water is hot, not too hot, just at a temperature you can take it, pour the water into a glass, add the salt and mix.
Then add the apple juice, ginger and fresh lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
How to take this detox drink:
It should be taken 3 times a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach, again at noon before a light meal, and again mid-afternoon.
Perform this detoxification for 1 day or at most for 1 week.
