- 1.75 oz wheat grain
- 1.75 oz sunflower seed
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 3 tbsp sesame ground
- 10 tbsp linseed
- 2.2 oz raw honey
Put all things in 1 bowl and mix. Then put in a jar.
Take 1 big spoon before breakfast and/or lunch.
