The recipe comes from Greece, but you can find all the ingredients in our country, in our stores, so you have no excuse not to make it by yourself, particularly if you have weak bones.
– 10 tablespoons of linseed
– 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds
– A bit of pumpkin seeds
– Little wheat
– Little sunflower seeds
– 3 tablespoons of raisins
– 1 kg of clover honey
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients, using a wooden spoon.
When thoroughly mixed, pour the mixture into a glass jar.
Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
