1 unpeeled organic banana
Pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
A cup of water
Boil some water. Cut off the ends of the unpeeled bananas and add the banana in boiling water.
Cook for ten minutes and then strain into a cup and add a pinch of cinnamon.
