This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfasts, because it contains vitamins and minerals that enhance the appearance of skin, hair, normalize the metabolism and strengthen the body. This daily breakfast will help the elimination of impurities from the body and cleanse the bowels.
It unconditional solves the problem of lazy bowels and constipation, burns fat and normalizes weight. After a month of consuming the beverage, you can easily lose 3-5 kg of excess weight, and mostly in the area around your belly. The complexion of the skin, hair and nails become healthy and beautiful, and the belly will slowly “melt”.
To prepare this breakfast, you will need:
– 300 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
– 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
– 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
– 5-7 dry plums
Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day. Pour a little boiling water (100 ml) over the dried plums. Cover and leave them for 5-10 minutes.
