Since ancient times, ginger has been used to warm the body, when someone has a cold or the flu. Ginger is still used to treat us as an effective antithrombotic agent, rheumatism, sciatica, arthritis and similar conditions, and its efficiency is very good.
You can use ginger in two ways.
The first method of using ginger is to make ginger water, so take half a teaspoon of ground ginger and place it in 150 ml of boiling water. Allow it to cool and drink twice a day for a month.
If you want to use ginger as compress, then we recommend that you make wraps which are excellent for the treatment of rheumatism and arthritis.
Grind about 30-40 grams of dried ginger or about 100-140 grams of fresh ginger and put it in a cloth bag. Place the bag in a pot of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. When you apply the compress of ginger water, the water should be warm. Soak a cotton cloth in the water, squeezing out excess water, and apply to the affected area. Moreover, wrap a dry towel to keep it warm.
Replace the compress of ginger water every 5-10 minutes and do it more than 3 times. You can use the same ginger water to massage the painful areas, which will improve circulation.
Ginger water compress helps with rheumatism, arthritis, back pain, menstrual cramps, toothaches, stiff neck, kidney stone pain and asthma.
