The complete gymnastics DO-IN includes 25 exercises, but in our life rhythm, 25 exercises sounds too long. Therefore, we recommend a mini complex consisting of 5 basic exercises.
These exercises are quite enough to provide a good mood for the whole day. These exercises are desirable to be done after waking up in bed. They can also work at any time, when you have a need for that.
Thoroughly rub the ears with your thumb and index finger and then your hands. It’s a total of 10-20 rubbings of the fingers and 10-20 rubbings of the hands.
Pat your head with the open palms of your right and left hands, starting from the forehead to the nape, 10-15 times.
Do the movement “washing face with open hands”. Move your hands up and down, covering the cheeks and temples, 15-20 times.
Sit down, cross your fingers and put them in the back of the head. Try to throw your head back, overcoming the resistance of the arm. Work also 15-20 times in the mid-pace.
Sitting, slightly lean forward, and projecting your both hands, rub the lumbar back, moving up and down. With the right and left hand, move in opposite directions. Start with spine movement to the side surfaces. Do 20-30 movements with slight pressure.
