With the arrival of colder days, many experience susceptibility to infections including sinusitis, accompanied by severe pain.
Sinusitis is accompanied by headache or tension at the top of the nose, above the brow or cheek, and many people in such pain aren’t helped by classic analgesics. Instead of the inefficient poisoning with such preparations, try to resort to a natural solution.
A great ally in the fight against sinusitis is – horseradish. Grate it, put it in a jar and pour it over with wine vinegar, and then seal it. Hold the mixture for ten days at room temperature, stirring it occasionally.
After ten days, open the jar several times a day, and deeply inhale the smell of horseradish for five minutes. Pour the same liquid on a scarf and tie it over your forehead or put on the back of the head. The treatment lasts for five days, and it will be enough to get rid of unpleasant headaches.
One solution is to grate 50 grams of horseradish, insert it into five deciliters of water and boil it. Make this mixture for vaporing (put your head over a bowl, cover with a towel and inhale deeply for several minutes).
