This recipe has long been known as a means for strengthening bones.
The recipe comes from Greece, but you can find all of the ingredients in our country, in our stores, so you have no excuse not to make it yourself, particularly if you have weak bones.
10 tablespoons of linseed
5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds
Little pumpkin seeds
Little sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons of raisins
1 kg of clover honey
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl, using a wooden spoon. When thoroughly mixed, pour the mixture into a glass jar. Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
