Ginger for liver cleansing
For long-term and systematic cleansing of the liver (especially in the treatment of alcoholism and after the result of chemotherapy), a tincture of ginger is used.
Tincture of ginger – Recipe:
Wash thoroughly the middle ginger root (30 g) and grate it together with the skin.
After that, put the grated ginger root into a pot of dark glass or porcelain. Pour 200 ml of Rakia, close it and leave it in a warm dark place for 10-14 days. – Juice of 1 lemon or cut the whole lemon into slices
– 3-4 cloves (or 1 small head) of garlic
Grate the ginger, strain the lemon juice or cut it into slices, and finely chop the garlic. All this is put in a jar with honey, but don’t fill it (fill it little more than half), because the lemon and ginger will let their juice. Only then refill the jar with honey.
If you are sick, take 3 tablespoons a day. For the prevention and strengthening of your immunity, is sufficient to take 1-2 tablespoons a day.
