The results of some medical research suggest that consuming beetroot yeast prevents the development of malignant tumors, cleans the liver and the body of toxins and other “poisons”, and relieves constipation and other intestinal problems.
Glass jar of 3 liters
700 g beetroot
2 tablespoons flour
Cut the freshly washed beetroots into squares or thin slices and place them on a clean jar. Add raisins, 2 tablespoons of flour and 200 g sugar. Fill the jar with cold boiled water and stir. Then close the plastic lid or even better, wrap with double gauze (so that the yeast “breathes”) and leave in a warm place for 6-7 days to ferment.
Mix the contents of the jar twice a day, and if necessary, remove the foam.
After 7 days, strain the mixture through gauze and you can get beetroot yeast.
Drink 3-4 tablespoons, 3 times a day before meals. Keep the yeast in the refrigerator.
Drink all the yeast, so that you complete the first phase of the liver cleaning. Take a break of 3 months and repeat the treatment. Take another 3 month break, and repeat the treatment for the third time. After a year, your liver will be completely clean!
While cleaning, the sand and small stones can be removed from the kidney, however this beetroot yeast cleanses the liver and kidneys very well.
Yeast is not recommended for people with kidney disease, problems with the gastrointestinal tract in the acute phase and gout. In this case it is necessary to consult your doctor. You must be careful if you have low blood pressure.
