The gout is a real problem similar to arthritis and it is mysterious by appearance and curing; people who have it for the first time usually neglect it. Those that have it say it is unbearable pain.
The gout is created by uric acid piling up in the bloodstream and this is an ending result of waste breakdown that went through the kidneys and spread dissolved in the blood. The attacks of gout are made by the failure of kidneys to eliminate uric acid, and that makes crystalizing of the waste in the body joints.
The usual symptoms are sudden pain, tender tissues, heat and red joints. This is a chronic condition and many people suffer from this and of course don’t want to be dependent on aspirin for life. A mix of all these ingredients can naturally ease up the gout symptoms more than over the counter medicines.
- 1 cup tart cherry juice
- 1 pineapple
- 1-2 tsp powder turmeric
- 1 inch fresh ginger root/or 2-3 tsp ginger powder
- Glass jar and lid
Peel the skin of the pineapple and remove the stems. Use the stem if you wish, not obligatory. But know that the stem has bromein in it, but just the fruit meat is fine too. Slice the fruit in pieces or chunks and blend. When you get a nice mash add the cherry juice and spice up with turmeric or ginger.
Place in the jar and tighten the lid, and after that place in the fridge to sit for 10 days. For a sweeter taste add honey if you wish. Also, spice up with above mentioned spices by playing with the amounts! This drink has a shelf life of a whole month so prepare it and drink it every day!
