We live in a time where taking care of our health is particularly important. Our life style is stressful and the food we eat is not as good as it should be. That`s why we need to do body detox once in a while, to make sure that we free our body from all the fat and the toxin.
Our Own Detox System
Our body has its own detox system which includes three body organs: liver, colon and kidneys. As we all know the kidneys are the first organs in the defensive system, which prevents toxins to pass into the blood stream; then the colon, and its good bacteria, which remove the toxins before they can do any harm to our body; and last but not least the kidneys, also known as filters, which eliminate the toxins through urine.
The right nutrition will help you detox your body and the certain type of food will make sure that these three organs do their work properly. This is nutrition for 48-hour body cleaning, recommended by Dr.Oz. Here you have everything that you will need to prepare and eat for two days.
