There are various proven methods for cleansing the body. But this has proved to be the most effective one, and you only need one ingredient.
Take some ordinary rice, and as many tablespoons as the number of your age (if you’re 35 years old, you’ll use 35 tablespoons). Rinse well and pour into a glass jar. Fill the jar with warm boiled water, close with a lid, and leave it in the refrigerator. In the morning strain all the water. Take 1 tablespoon full of rice and cook for 3-4 minutes without salt (in another, regular water). Eat on an empty stomach, preferably until 7:30 in the morning.
