Swelling is the increase in the volume of fluid in the intercellular space.
This problem should not be taken lightly, but it is best to immediately consult a doctor to determine what specifically led to swelling of the lower extremities.
Folk medicine has a wide arsenal of various means against swelling, but, probably, the most effective of them is parsley, which effectively releases excess fluid from the body.
