Half a cup of vinegar
900 to 1350gr chicken back
¾ cup small pasta
2 cubes for soup
2 lightly beaten egg whites
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 liters of water and at least half a cup of vinegar
Cook 900-1350 gr of the back in an open container for about 2 hours. Strain the soup and remove all the fat.
Remove the meat from the bones and add the chicken, pasta and soup cube in the water. Let the soup boil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and immediately add the eggs to it, whisking constantly. Add parsley in the soup and serve.
This soup is healthy, low-calorie and it introduces calcium in your diet!
