Foot inserts, which are used for detoxification of the body, were first invented in Japan. They are glued to the feet at bedtime and in the morning, when you remove them, you should notice the dangerous toxins that are eliminated from your body.
They are believed to reduce fatigue, joint pain, headaches … And you can make them yourself. You need: onions, garlic, water, self-adhesive gauze, so if you need to keep everything in place you also need consumable socks.
Chop the onions and place them in previously boiled water and leave them to cook for another 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool for 20 minutes. Pour the mixture into the gauze enough so that it moistens. If there is too much liquid, drain it. Place the feet so they are glued well, and try them!
Although, we must warn you that many do not believe in this form of detoxification. But, there is no harm to try.
