-50 g of fresh leaves of parsley, preferably from your own garden or buy from someone who does not use chemicals in production
-120 ml homemade olive oil
About 10 g of beeswax (about 6 teaspoons finely minced wax, when checking, the density of the cream should be hard)
Fry parsley in oil at a low temperature for about half an hour. Stir all the time, wringing out the juice from the leaves. After half an hour, the leaves should darken. Pour the mixture then into a small jar, close and put it in a warm place 2-3 days. I put it on the radiator. At the end, you can add lavender essential oil to the cream, if you do not like the smell.
Cream of parsley procedure
After 3 days, I heated up and strained the mixture through sterile gauze, and I squeezed the oil from the parsley. I heated the strained oil again and added beeswax. I heated on a gas stove for about a minute, and as soon as the wax melted, I turned off the gas.
I wanted a harder cream, because I’m going to experiment a bit with accessories.
Accessories for different variants, any essential oil
The cream can also be used for massage, that’s why some oil can be added, it makes it easier. Massage will also stimulate better circulation, rather than only simply applying cream on the skin. It is especially good to massage both legs, because many have visible capillaries, which are particularly frequent in women with cellulite. The cream-ointment of parsley becomes a multi-purpose if you simply mix all the ingredients in a cream.
