Mix the flour with a small amount of honey, so you get a mix for the wrap, which should not be held with your hands.
Add a little olive oil and then re-roll in some flour.
Place the mixture on a napkin, and wrap it in gauze.
Attach it to your chest or back, using the adhesive tape, after which you should put your pajamas.
In the case of children, keep the kerchief on them for about 2-3 hours before going to bed.
