A study conducted among 20 women with obesity found that 50-70 minute walks done 3 times a week reduced body fat by 1.3% — and they lost 1.1 inches around their waist!

So the next time you’re heading to a store nearby, you might want to consider walking there instead of driving your car. And if your workplace is just a few blocks away, leave the house a little earlier and choose to walk to work.
